2021-2022 Advanced Placement Testing Registration Information
In order to register for an advanced placement exam, please follow the instructions below:
  • Test registration for 1st Semester and Year-Long Advanced Placement classes will open on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 and will close on Friday, November 5, 2021.  No further test registrations will be taken for 1st semester and year-long advanced placement classes after Friday, November 5, 2021 until Monday, January 31, 2022 when 2nd semester testing registration opens.  However, if you register for a 1st semester and year-long advanced placement test after Friday, November 5, 2021, the cost for each exam is 136 dollars due to College Board charging a 40-dollar late registration fee with Tuesday, March 8, 2022 being the last day to register even with the late fee registration.  If you register for an exam, but you are absent on the date of your testing or withdraw from testing after registration, College Board charges an unused exam fee, therefore you will not receive a full refund of 96 dollars.
  • In order to register for an advanced placement exam, students must have joined at the College Board website, the advanced placement class in which you are enrolled.  Your advanced placement teacher would have given you the code to join the class at the beginning of the school year.  College Board will not finalize the authorization to test if the student has not joined the class in which he/she is enrolled.  Therefore, if a test is registered for through our online payments site or with our bookkeeper in which the student has not joined the class, the student will not be able to test and their payment will be refunded.
  • The cost for each advanced placement exam is 96 dollars and must be paid at the time of test registration.  In order to register/sign-up/pay for an advanced placement exam, one must go to the Gloucester High School website and pay through the online payment application for advanced placement testing.  Parents- please remember to use your student’s name when registering for the test.  If you cannot pay using the online application, you may register with Ms. Early, the bookkeeper, in the main office in which checks need to be made payable to:  Gloucester High School
  • Listed at the bottom of the page are the 1st semester and year-long advanced placement exams that students may register for through Friday, November 5, 2021.  Registration for 2nd semester advanced placement classes will open on Monday, January 31, 2022.

SchoolCash Online is our preferred method of payment

Gloucester County Public Schools is striving to improve safety and reduce risk wherever possible. One safety measure is minimizing cash and check payments at our schools. To accomplish this, we use SchoolCash Online for all school items and activity fees. If you haven't already created a free account, we encourage all parents to register, so you'll be ready to make online payments from home: both now and in the future as more school items become available again.

Benefits to parents and schools

You will help increase efficiency and security at your school by making payments directly into your school's bank account. This limits the number of people entering the school, reduces risk of lost payments, and allows teachers and office staff to focus on helping students and not counting cash. In addition, you are automatically informed about school activities!
