This is Dr. Mygas calling. I want to let you know that GHS administration and School Resource Officers are aware of a social media post that has been circulating in our community. The post includes a threat to shoot up a school. However, the post does not refer to Gloucester or any other specific location. We believe the post may have originated in North Carolina and been spread to other states across the country. I want to be clear that we have no reason to believe that there is any threat to the safety of GHS students or staff.
