Spring Sports Conditioning & Tryouts:
- Students must have a valid sports physical to attend conditioning or tryout
- Dated AFTER May 1, 2023
- Students must meet all eligibility grade requirements to tryout.

Boys Soccer:
Conditioning: Monday’s @ GHS practice field 3:30pm – 5:00pm, Wednesday nights GHS Main gym – 7:00pm – 9:00pm
Tryouts:
The week of Feb 19 – 23 @ GHS boys soccer practice field (dates & times could vary)
Girls Soccer:
Conditioning: Mondays – Futsal 7:00pm-9:00pm (both GHS Gyms); Tuesdays & Wednesdays – Weight Room 3:00pm - 4:30pm; Thursdays – Weight Room 3:00pm-4:30pm and Varsity Futsal at Page gym 7:00pm-9:00pm
Tryouts:
2/19 – 2/21 – 3:15pm-5:00pm @ GHS girls soccer practice field
Softball:
Conditioning: 3:00pm-4:30pm, depending on the weather. Dates and times could change.
Jan. 18, 24, 26, 2/2, 5, 9, 12 – practice field; 2/14 – Varsity in Aux gym
Tryouts:
Feb. 19 – 1:00pm-5:30pm; Feb. 20 & 21 – 3:00pm-6:00pm – GHS Softball Field
Baseball:
Conditioning: held typically twice a week and on Saturday mornings in the auxiliary gym. The days during the week change due to the weather. Weight Room Days are Tuesdays & Thursdays. Times during the week are 3:00 pm-4:30 pm and on Saturday for 11th-12th graders 7:30 am -8:45 am, 8th-10th graders 8:40 am-10:00 am. Players can also sign up for information on the Stack Team App - Gloucester Dukes Baseball Cond.
Tryouts: Feb 19th Grades 8-10 - 1:00pm-3:00pm, Grades 11-12 - 2:30pm-5:00pm
Feb 20th- Grades 8-10 - After school until 4:30pm, Grades11-12 - 4:00pm-6:00pm
