February is Career and Technical Education (CTE) Month, and the Department of Secondary Instruction has been working hard to strengthen partnerships between Gloucester High School, Page Middle School, and Peasley Middle School creating valuable opportunities for middle school students to explore CTE programs at the high school. One of the highlights this month was the HOSA Advisory Program at Peasley Middle School, where we celebrated the accomplishments of 20 students who completed the program. Thank you to Ms. Nester and her health science seniors for facilitating this impactful experience. Additionally, CTE Awareness Day at Gloucester High School gave middle school students from Page and Peasley a firsthand look at the various CTE programs offered at the high school, helping them make informed decisions about their future career pathways. The collaboration between the Secondary administrative teams and CTE Departments has been outstanding.
